Android Question

I had hundreds of messages on my phone. This morning I got a notification that my SMS memory was full. So I deleted tons of conversations and left only a few that I wanted to keep. After some time I got the same notification. Then I deleted all but 1 conversation and I went to settings and changed the number of allowed messages per conversation from 200 to 20. So I was left with 20 messages on my phone. And then I got the same message. How can the memory be not full at, lets say, 299 messages, full at 300 and then full at 20?? Later I got a call from my friend saing she sent me a few messages this morning and I realised that I wasn't able to receive any messages because of that problem. How do I solve this?

Hi, welcome to Android Forums.

I'm sorry you are having issues with your Android Device. It might help you to clear the cache on your device. An app like Clean Master will help out with that.

Also, you might try restarting your phone. Sometimes that clears up issues like that.

If the problem persists, please repost your question.
