SMS Notify on PC?

Is there a app that can notify me and let me reply to a text message from my PC? Even know I have my phone right next to me I would like it to pop up on my PC would be easier. And yes I am lazy. xD

If you are an O2 customer in the UK you can install tu go on up to 5 pcs, ios or android devices. It allows you to send & receive sms & calls over the internet. The call our sms shows as sent from your number & is deducted from your allowance.

If you are a telefonica customer from another country other than the UK there it's the tu me app.
