Help SMS on SIM Card, NO Notification

Often I receive SMS on Sim card but I dont receive notifications...
Then I restart the phone and it works fine for some days

Im using the system SMS application and Im running 2.3.6 Gingerbread.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

I also have this problem with the Samsung Galaxy Wonder.
Does anyone has already find a solution for this?
