Normally press on the snapchat icon and drag it to the top of your phone and take it to "Uninstall" at the top
Unless it's a pre-installed system app, in which case that option will probably not be available.

Look for the Snapchat icon on your home screen.
Tap and hold on to the Snapchat icon.
When holding down on the Snapchat icon, a pop-up menu will appear with several options, including ‘Uninstall’.
Selecting this option will remove the app from your device entirely.
