I have been hearing about SNAP playstore but i cant seem to find it's website anywhere

is SNAP only for blackberry?? if so can anyone provide the link to download and official website?

I doubt it if it's only for Blackberry.
It appears to be a client for Blackberry so that you can put android apk's on blackberry.
Since you have the Note 3, you do not need SNAP as you can access the PlayStore direct and download/install apk's directly

I'm looking for other alternative I'm using 1mobile and play store and I have heard 1mobile is not very safe so I was planning to hope on to snap

So can I get a reconfirmation does snap works on other android devices??

I don't think you understand. SNAP just gives access for Blackberry devices to the Play Store. You already have Play Store.
