Snapchat only works on WiFi

My Snapchat does not load or send snaps unless it's connected to WiFi. When it's connected to data, nothing happens. All my other apps work perfectly fine with data, it's just Snapchat. I have contacted them about the issue, however they have not replied and after sending the complaint I was given the message that they may not reply due to the large amount of reports they receive.

Arghhh, same problem! I couldn't find much online, but I don't know what the deal is... My snapchat was fine before the update. I'm using a note 2 with T-Mobile; how about you?

Yeah, mine's been fine in the past too.. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini on Virgin Mobile, though I did just re-install the app and I think that might have fixed it. I still need to try it out properly yet, but I think it's worked..

All right, I guess I'll reinstall it when I get some wifi and hopefully that will do it
