Help Snapchat - Samsung S5 - Video/Audio Lag

Hi,

I've been scouring the web for what seems like forever to find the answer to this, but to no avail.

When recording on the front or back camera on my S5, the video and audio do not match up completely. It has been fine for the past year aside from a a few days back in March where I had a similar problem (when I changed the battery, it seemed to mysteriously work again, but I think it might have been a coincidence!)

The normal camera has always worked perfectly regardless.

Solutions I have seen on the web and tried with no luck:

- Unchecking NuPlayer in Developer Mode - In fact it was never checked in the first place
- Turning off OK Google from any screen (and actually signing out altogether)
- Changing the video resolution on my normal camera
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Snapchat
- Restoring to factory settings

This phone is actually an insurance replacement, so I know it has the latest version of Android Lollipop that my phone can have (5.0.2) and that I've downloaded the latest update of Snapchat.

Any help or other suggestions would be great. I've tried everything I can think of to try and resolve it myself!
