Anyone else experiencing this issue, when a chat comes in with a video in it, Snapchat can't open it on Note8.
When I click on the chat itself it just doesn't open, it tries to for a second, but the chat closes.
Could it be because the Note8 screen resolution is so high. I haven't tried lowering just to test the snap vids.
Any ideas?
