Snapshot of video

Anyone know how I can take a snapshot (jpg) of a video that I recorded one my Xperia X10?

Play the video with VitalPlayer. You can take a snapshot with it.

if its rooted then you can download drocap and with the slide down bar option you can. but only if the video hae the notification bar at the top. if not then u can change it to camera button or shake.
