Snes controller?

hello, This may have been answered before but ive done some searching and couldnt find anything. I have a sony xperia x8 and have started using a snes emulator. Works great just a bit tricky with the on screen controls and i dont have many hardware keys to play about with.

I was wondering if I used a usb 2.0 female to micro usb adapter like this:

USB 2.0 A/F female to Micro B male Adapter/Convert?er on eBay (end time 01-Mar-11 16:17:10 GMT)

In conjunction with a usb snes controller like this:

Buffalo Super Nintendo SNES USB PC Gamepad GP801 Kokuyo on eBay (end time 10-Mar-11 02:54:27 GMT)

Would it work?

I don't think that will honestly. I don't think the phone would know what to do with that plugged into it. Search the market for BlueTooth Controller Apps. There are a variety. You can use your wiimote and classic controller, or a PS3 controller. Or any other bluetooth controller. Just won't work on all phones. I know my Motorola they work fine, but not on my Samsung. not sure about your phone. DL a few free apps and try. Worst comes to worst you only wasted 5 min trying
