Just a notch over your $10 limit but still a great case. Plus you gat a belt clip if you like that sort of thing...

I have this case and I think it's a great deal for the cost- you get both the silicone layer and the outer TPU layer...

If you are willing to wait a month due to shipping, I bought my case direct from China off eBay for $2.50 (includes shipping). A year later it is still holding strong.
