So I order it online, right, so when it comes will it already be activated or do I just have to put in the SIM card? Also, how will I find out my number short of calling a friend and asking when I get the phone? Are there like special numbers you can call about it or is that only your voicemail or something.......? Lol, sorry I suck so much, but thanks for any helpful answers.

well my sim card was pre installed when it was shipped to my house

the phone has a "phone status" menu, it shows all your phones info and your number

g/l with the phone bro

lol is this your first phone? it sounds like you're asking generic phone purchasing questions that dont really relate much to the G1. #NUM# works with all phones too btw.
