Help So I'm planning to buy 1+1 and have a Sim card question

Hey guys, I was wondering how this would work. I'm on MetroPCS and my current phone is not LTE but regular 4G, When my 1+2 arrives, Will putting my sim inside only give me 4G or 4G LTE?
