When i turned the phone on i was glad it was working just like out the box when i first got it BUT... when i plugged the charger in i got an LED light defect (see attached pic) im rather annoyed, i wasn't like that when i sent it away and i don't know if i making a big deal out of it now at-least my phones working.

If it was your phone would you be back on the phone complaining? Would you send it back?

I dont think it would really affect the operation of the phone right?

that is a really bright LED... I would return it again if I was you, but I'm ridiculously nitpicky

Maybe you for the newer type led from the HTC One X+ B-)

I would at least show them the picture and see what they say. I do not see why it would affect the phones performance but it would bug me to death (nitpicky as hell here). Best of luck

Thought id give you an update. (I am nit-picky) I decided to drop them an email with the attachment, they have got back to me and said they want to see a picture without the LED light on to see if there was any cracks in the casing. I emailed them a photo clearly showing them the phone has no cracks, and also told them to zoom into the previous one to see that the problem lies underneath the casing. I will let you know what happens......

Let me know what they say about the light coming from the bottom of the casing. I have light coming through when the bottom buttons are lit.
