what is the right order after getting the phone out of the box ?

1. Need to unlocked the phone for all service providers.
2. Unlock the Bootloader.
3. Root the phone.
4. Remove all Apps that i don't need.
5. Config Link2SD and FolderMount after adding a SD card.

is this the right order ?

Yes but after one is complete what happens if there isn't root or ROMs . or just say the signal is a problem do one and wait for about 3-4weeks

The whole point of having a custom recovery is to save user data/settings for this phone (Since we can reflash the kdz)
So if you have a setup that you like, keep it!
Plus rooting is risky business if you're new or even a veteran, you simply don't always know what is going to bootloop or cause forcecloses.

Hmmmm you can't unlock boot unless you root . when you root you would need to put that fancy word SUPERSU aka su app in the device with a recovery .now you can. Unlock the loader safe and sound

Supersu should be installed after the phone is rooted. However, even though I installed it, I believe Supersu is an optional app. Also, I do not think busybox is required for above set up. I have Link2SD and FolderMount running fine without specifically installing busybox. FolderMount actually includes a version of busybox.

SuperSU (or equivalent) should not be considered as optional! If you do not install a privilege manager any app can elevate its privileges and you wouldn't know it happened!
That's very unsafe.

That is true. I should say it is optional from functional point of view. e.g. without SuperSU, link2sd and foldermount will still work.

You don't need to unlock the Sim for other providers unless you're actually going to use another service and unlock the boot loader, install cwm, SuperSU and busybox is usually how I do it
