no it isn't....
HDMI plugs into your TV.. and communicates via Wifi.
The USB connection is for power only.
So, if your TV supports switching to the HDMI when it powers up, you can get google home to automatically play youtube etc.. on your TV

Ahhhhh Nuts... you want it to play on your old Goldfish Tank CRT TV....
Maybe.. if you have something that will act as a IR blaster?
