Help So which one is lying?

I just got a new phone. The LG transpyre. VS810PP.
According to everything I've read, this phone is supposed to be equipped with a Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 processor.
The 410 is the latest 64 bit snapdragon 4 series processor. I paid for this phone because it has 64 bit.

However, after I got the phone I downloaded CPU Z from Google play and instead of it saying MSM8916, It is reporting I have the MSM8226 , the 32 bit Cortex A7?

So who is lying?
I bought the phone. The one and only LG VS810PP because it had 64 bit, but instead I'm being told it has a 32 bit.

Why would the several articles I read lie?
Why would cpu identifier lie?
What processor do I really have?

I see both 400 & 410 mentioned but according to Swappa it has the 410. I guess this is a sister phone to the LG tribute on Virgin Mobile which has the 400. Both Verizon and LG just say "Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 1.2 GHz Quad-Core" .
