Help So with my new phonak hearing aids..

Milo Willamson

My google play music will not sync with these - They did the first few weeks I had them ; before the
doc change the programs within them ; wondering if I could just get the same music streaming program inside of them, or is it with my moto z2 force.. Folks any suggestions?

IANAD of course, but hearing aids are basically medical devices. So I think good advice may only come from someone who's actually using the product, or the manufacturer?

There was a thread about hearing aid compatibility sometime ago, but that was about them apparently only supporting music streaming from Apple iPhones. Can't remember the brands discussed in that thread, if it was Phonak or not.

No, not from me. But! I thought I'd share something funny.

I was reading an article somewhere, and as I scrolled down there were numerous graphics hoping to attract visitors. One of them caught my eye; it asked, "Born before 1977?" And I nodded yes to myself as I scrolled down to see what it was about. It was for hearing aids. :o

They think 1977 puts people in the, well, older category who make up the typical hearing aid user? Damn, I'm so old I remember EIGHTEEN seventy-seven, never mind 1977.

I told my cousin about it and we had a good laugh...and talked about what old geezers we are! :D

I kind of wondered by adding three more programs they would neutroized one another though. Eh its not worth it though. Eh. peace out, thanks for the help though.

Milo, are you still having problems using their web site? As my screenshots showed in that other thread, it displays fine for me in multiple browsers on a laptop, and it contains a wealth of info, plus product support. That's where I'd start.

It is not that, its the programs, I do not know how to change them over to the other ones.
