Help soft brick htc one M8_UL PVT SHIP S-ON

I've pretty much done the same thing in this post though i tried to follow the help but seem to be falling short somewhere

I believe the phone was on Vodaphone brand new but i use three.(United Kingdom)

has a twrp and i have just downloaded ViperOne_6.1.0.zip

If you have TWRP you should be in decent shape. You just need a system.img to flash, correct?

Hi RealWelder, Thank you for your help. I seem to have gotten Viper system image to install after fooling around with the different format types and repairing the system. It is actually just about to finish the initial installation.
