Root Soft bricked, computer can't detect!

Is there a way to flash a recovery from my sdcard, or unbrick my tablet without using a computer? I can't get into recovery, and the only way I can use the android OS is if I go into the boot loader and cold boot Linux. Can somebody help me out here? Windows doesn't detect it cause it says it malfunctioned. Thanks!

Everything I've seen requires that you plug the tab in to your PC, sorry
