Software Download?

Hi there everyone, I have recently bought a 2nd hand One X and it seems to be a little laggy here and there and the vodafone splash videos are pretty annoying as i'm not with them (it was advertised as unlocked as most vodafone handsets are). Is there anywhere i can just download the software/firmware and wipe the phone and start again from fresh, preferably without rooting the phone as i don't want to risk invalidating the warrantee. Sorry if you've all heard this question before. I'm new to the android world

Could Dave just install the new 4.0.4 update?

If the phone is unlocked would this still work?

I'm not sure if your still classed as branded even though you are unlocked...

If the handset is Vodafone branded, you'd need to install the Vodafone version of the software. I'm not sure if there's an RUU available for that specific version yet.
