Apps Software for creating image

I've been code for android/ios using flutter more than a year. Now I would like to learn new things by using software to create image instead of just getting icons from google material design (just like image below).

Any recommended ? Thanks.

Do you know how to create?

Are you looking for someone to hire to do the work for you?

If you're unfamiliar with Adobe Illustrator, and how to use image creation suites, maybe start here.
https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/tutorials.html

There's also GIMP, which is a FOSS image creation and editing suite.
https://www.gimp.org/
And here's the GIMP tutorials.

And I'm sure there's plenty of YouTube videos teaching how to create the images you might want using the above mentioned softwares.

Both GIMP and Inkscape are freeware and can do exactly the same as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, except the UI are a bit different.
https://inkscape.org/
Inkscape works with vector art, and GIMP works with raster art.
Get to learn vector and raster because you'll need to know the difference.
If you choose the Adobe softwares, be prepared to shell out a monthly fee...

Thanks! I will look into it :)

Try to use vector graphics (inkscape) when you can, as a single svg image will result in clear icons, regardless of the pixel resolution you rasterize to (assuming, of course, that the raster resolution has enough pixels to theoretically represent your image).
