Help Software Issue

Today, my phone lost signal for the first time since I received phone on Sept 16th. I got the circle where the signal strength is located.

I called Sprint and there is a Samsung/Sprint Software issue which is causing this problem. I had to reboot phone which helped but the issue returned.

Anyone else having this problem?
