How do I remove unwanted programs from my Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510?

Hi, welcome to Android Forums. I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back to you.
To install applications, go to Settings>Applications>Applications Manager. This will allow you to uninstall unwanted applications.
NOTE: Some applications cannot be removed on stock phones, they are pre-installed by Samsung and your carrier. These unwanted applications are lovingly called bloatware. To remove Bloatware, you need to do a procedure called rooting. There are certain risks and rewards to rooting.
