Hi
I have had my HTC One X now for a few months and since I have had it there has been a system update waiting to be installed but whenever I have tried to install I just get an error message:
I get a little picture of the green android with its chest open and an exclamation mark with the message that it cannot do the update E:Unknown Volume for Path.....
On searching the internet there is a general fix which indicates that the phone may be rooted, I know that I haven't rooted it and on doing the suggested test to see if it is rooted it comes back as not being rooted.
There was one other suggestion to unmount the SD card but since the One X doesnt have an SD card I feel that this is fairly impossible.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem, especially since its looking like there may be a further update to the new version of android very soon? (Note that I am not all that teccy so any reply will need to be in very simple words )
Thanks
