My Z4 just updated its software think it may be in prep for Android 6 (Marshmallow ) fingers crossed.

I hope it comes soon! I'm looking forward to marshmallow.

My carrier here says it's been delayed but I'm sceptical of any of their claims.

Sony's facebook and twitter feeds are saying Marshmallow is rolling out now.

I have read that too. Did you receive it yet?

My tablet is carrier locked so I think I may be waiting a while yet!

I've just got Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA onto my Z4
Updated ok had a faff on with google play services but once that updated it was fine.

How are you finding the tablet running marshmallow? Still a couple of weeks away till my carrier updates my tab.

Is the battery life improved at all? That's one thing I'd mark against the Z4 tab and I'm hoping android 6.0 helps with it.

Lazy ass carrier finally updated the Z4 tablet and the battery life on marshmallow is markedly improved and I haven't even switched on Stamina mode yet! Well done Sony.

Also performance seems even better now. Noticed it gaming and with lightroom mobile app.
I don't put much stock into benchmark scores but those are significantly higher as well.

Made a top tier tab even better
