It's running elemental x. But since it had twrp installed, changing roms would be easy if you didn't want that one.

I'm selling the device for my brother, so I sent him the offer. I have possession of it, but need to verify offers. I'll update later, though I think he'd rather sell than trade.
 
Does the phone have any cosmetic or screen defects? How thick is it with the 4200mah battery? Does the $300 include shipping?

Nope, device is in great shape. The 4200 battery does add noticeable thickness, but you also get the stock battery as well so you get to choose which one you like more. The 300 does include ground shipping via ups as well.
