Absolutely brand new (has been handled for just about 5 minutes to insert the extended battery). Was a replacement for a defective device, but I can no longer afford Verizon's cost of service.

I ordered a replacement charger and thus it now includes the charger and USB cable I'll edit my original post: Also includes:

- Original stock OEM headphones (unopened)
- All manuals/original packaging

I explained in the original post that I can't afford Verizon's cost of service anymore. It is an amazing device, I love it, and I actually purchased the GSM version through the Google Play Store and activated T-Mobile service. Hence why I'm selling my Verizon version of the device.

It is by far the best phone I've ever owned, but unfortunately the CDMA/LTE version is not compatible with T-Mobile.
