I have an essentially brand new Evo 4G refurbished direct from Sprint, clean ESN. I had a blown earpiece speaker and Sprint sent me a replacement, but I decided to use my upgrade instead so I never activated this one. It still has the protective plastic on it and I have all original boxes and packaging from when I purchased it. You wouldn't know it wasn't a brand new phone in the box looking at it.

Also included is an extra battery door, extra battery and HTC silicone case.
