This touchpad is in good shape. The screen is flawless with no scratches or marks. The outer rim of the plastic body has some pitting. I believe this is from stuff getting between the case and the touchpad and rubbing over time. It isn't noticeable while the case is on. Also this has a cracked by one of the speakers. This is a known issue with Touchpads, you can search the internet and will find that it is very common. It doesn't affect the device at all. The touchpad is running both WebOS and ICS CM9 Alpha 2. ICS CM9 A2 is super stable. I haven't had any issues with it at all (as compared to when I had GB on it). The Touchpad has a great community on this forum and also on others.
I believe I have the boxes for both the Touchpad and the case.
