Does anyone have contact information for anyone at Metro PCS who matters? The store I bought my Connect from won't admit this happened. The corporate store is also full of mean, scary people, so I'm not even going to bother with them. I'm angry that I paid so much money for a cell that was obviously used. The lifetime call duration on the phone should be zero, minus test calls from the store. It was obviously returned, I'm guessing, because even after the LG update tool was used, it still overheats. I bought it less than a week ago. Even if I can't find a resolution for myself, Metro PCS needs to be made aware of situations like this. And if it is normal to show hours of call time used on a phone prior to the first activation, I would like someone I can believe to tell me so.
