Help Solved - Dialer, msg, call log, apps shortcuts moved and stuck!

Somehow when I added a shortcut to an app on one of my home screens, the shortcuts that are usually at the bottom of each screen have moved up to the middle of the screen. They are on top of other shortcuts. How can I get them to move back down to the bottom?

I was able to fix this by doing a soft reset. (Pulled battery for 30 seconds.)
