[SOLVED] How do I see sent messages?

I need to see the messages I sent. Cannot find a button.
Google for help. All the answers say click on the reply to see the conversation.
But there is has not been a reply.
How do I see what I sent, and when?

(Again assuming i must be super stupid because surely there is a simple way to do this!)

When you open whatever messaging app you're using you should see a list of all the messages. Select one and you'll see everything that was both sent and received with that person or group. I use Messages, Whatsapp, Google Voice and Textra, they all works the same way. What app are you using? Maybe i don't understand what you're asking?
