Help [SOLVED] Launcher help?

I have accdeintly uninstalled the only launcher I had. What do i do? I accesed a file manager to install a launcher via apk, but when i clikck the apk it doesnt do anything
 
nope never mind WINRAR SAVED ME!!! i went to settings -> downloads entered a arhive a downloaded went ro arar and install apk from winrar. yay
