Root (Solved) T Mobile theme chooser

So apperantly there is a theme choose from t mobile. Where is it on the phone? My phone is rooted and I want to change the look of my status bar. So how would I find this embedded theme Chooser?
 
Over 200 people look at this and nobody says anything?? Not impatient just irritated that all my created topics that im creating are ending up like this.
