I'm planning on giving my LG G3 to my wife and getting a S6 edge plus for myself. What will I miss and what will I welcome. Thanks in advance.

Well, you'll miss tap to wake and the memo app. You will really miss the soft Android keys that could be arranged how you like, as my S6 edge + has the back key on the wrong side!
