The gallery of my phone is not working since last 2days I restore factory settings now I realize that I want to off screen overlay

I am sorry, but what are you asking here... What does the Gallery not working and screen overlay have in common in this case? Are you unrooted/stock? What error message does the Gallery give when you attempt to open it?
