Some Apps Available Some not

I'm finding that some apps on my Tab 1, can't be found on the tab 10.1 in the market. I can find them in the market on my Tab 1 but when searching on the Tab 10.1 they are no where to be found. Examples are Bank of America and HBO GO. Any ideas??

There are many apps available onthe ipad and iphone that I cannot download, is there anyway I can help in testing them to improve time to market?

There are many paid and free apps that are not accepted to the official Android market and can often be downloaded and installed from elsewhere. Check out this tutorial on non-market apps. Hope this helps
