Help Some artefacts on xperia z3 camera

Does anyone know what is this on the xperia z3 camera? It looks patchy. Can I fix this? Or the camera is damaged?

Residue from something? Is it under the lens, and can't be cleaned off? If so might be fixable, but definitely require disassembly. Has the phone been damp or wet at all, or in a particular dirty or dusty environment?

not that I know of. The z3 is waterproof. The protective layer of the lens seems to have fallen off
