Some newfound annoyance

I know this is to reduce the amount of app piracy, but for some apps it's ridiculous. Some apps nowadays checks your Market link to ensure you have actually purchased the app that you're using but sometimes it ceases to work when you're in flight mode or just booting up the phone, apps like GOTO Lock, SlideIT, and SPB Shell 3D (which doesn't launch at all if you have it set as default), there should be another method to check your Market integrity rather than requiring an internet connection to use. Also seems like side loading apps from Titanium or directly off the sdcard causes the same problem as well.

I find this annoying too. I bought a game and could not play it because of that.

Same here. I have Graffiti Pro but when my phone is rebooted I can't use it until I have connected to the internet, which I don't always want to do.
