i had lg g2x with a standard sim with tmobile legacy pay as you go plan. i manually cut the sim to a micro sim so it can fit either to a nexus 5 or a xperia c6606. it didnt work. so i transfered the number and plan to a sim from a tmobile store. now only some people can call me, and some cant. it goes to vocie mail for the people who cant. in order for them to call me, i have to call them first. ive contact custoemr service multiple times and had multiple engineers work on this problem and i still have the problem.

You manually cut the sim card...
So you need to contact your carrier
Those are both pretty old phones... at least for T-Mobiles current requirement for phones to support VoLTE. Just guessing, but if they don't have VoLTE that might be part of the problem.
