someone blocked my android phone from a webpage, how can I unblock my web use on my phone

I have a shared family account and someone blocked my samsung galaxy phone from a website. I am unable to sign into the website from my phone but can still access it from my pc so I know it is not a password problem. I could possibly have spyware on my phone. Our carrier is sprint. How can I fix this problem

You might look at your phone's web browser's Setting for settings of used web sites.

Could be your phone's IP has been blocked. That's one way people block website access. I have this idea that phone IP addresses are shared (could easily be wrong about that) which could explain why they haven't revoked your ID.

They may have blocked everything with similar IPs, of course, but assuming they haven't, re-starting your phone (may need to be done a couple of times) would probably make it pick up a new IP address.

Every time after a reboot the phone gets a new external IP address if mobile data is used.
Note, when WiFi is used, the phone has the same extern IP address as the PC.

Edit:
Even after switching mobile data off and on again the external IP has changed ... what also WiFi does if it's set to automatically :)

The phone should get an IP address assigned by your local DHCP server (most likely your router) from its internal address pool (192.168.x.x by default) and may be different each time your phone connects. being blocked by local home filtering software is the most likely explanation.
