Help Someone Else Using Verizon Message+ To View My Messages

I found out that someone is using the Verzion Message+ app to see every text message that I send and receive. I don't want them doing this, but it's not a situation where I can confront them, because I don't know who they are. I know in the past I used it on my tablet for own use and I had to go through an authentication process. I know this person must have had to go through the same to gain access to my messages.

Any help or tips on how I can block this person from doing this anymore from my end? I'm downloading the app now on my phone to familiarize myself again with the authentication process. I'm hoping there is a way I can change a password or passcode to lock the other person out.

How do you know what they are using to access your text messages?

I have Cerberus installed on all my devices and from any device with a browser I can access the text messages on any of those devices.

I suspect that they have access to your Verizon Web account.
Go to Verizon Web and change your passwords now.

Then call VZW Support and tell them what you have told us.
They may have a cloned phone that is monitoring yours....
VZW can put a stop to that when they inspect your phone OTA and reprogram it for you.

Worse case, you have them change your phone number. I did that to stop spammers about 4 years ago, there is no charge to you for changing a phone number IF you are being hassled.
