My name is Jeana and I need help. I have a galaxy note 2 now but had others before.
I am going thru a divorce with a vindictive jerk Someone is remotely accessing my phone and causes my contacts to be deleted, passwords put on phone, passwords changed, copied all my files, texts, phone conversations, remotely turned on camera and microphone, gotten into all my accounts; email, gmail, facebook, verizon, bank acct, opened credit cards, etc..
My email accts are filtered thru someone else, I get them about 3-5 days later and if I check them on a PC, I have totally different emails. The majority of my emails I check on my phone are dating websites. I have literally been on my phone and someone is accessing pages on the web. They also photoshopped my face I to an adult website. I tried to delete the apps from my PC a few months ago and even after a factory reset they were still there. It said they were locked on with *locker room*. Whoever is doing it has destroyed 1 pc, 3 brand new laptops in 9 day, and 3 smartphones. I printed pages on my friends computer and its been messed up since, and have lots of sd cards and screen shots.
Please call me at 503-956-2887 (had to get a prepaid phone) since my emails are compromised, that is the only way. I hope someone reads this.

I have tried to get thru to the large companies and see if they can get info but I cant get ahold of anyone. I have also filed a complaint with the FBI but I have a feeling it never made it. Can someone please help me get this resolved. I have no privacy and I am so paranoid I do t like to leave the house. I want it to stop!

I am sorry for your troubles as it must be frustrating and stressful. First I would report Identity Theft to your local police if someone is opening accounts in your name. Next go to your bank and cancel your debit card and have a new one sent and have a new account number assigned to you with new checks. Opt out of online banking for now. Next get a new phone or if technically literate flash a new rom from recovery since the phone is obviously rooted. Go to a friend's house and setup a new gmail account with new password. Contact Facebook to delete your account. Setup a new one with new login credentials and security questions. And do not use your old phone again as it is probably running keylogger programs in the background.
