Help something keeps turning on my wifi

It started just yesterday that something keeps turning on my wifi,ill turn it off and within a minute it comes rite back on. It started yesterday and prior to it starting i had not downloaded any new apps since the ics update and factory reset? Any suggestions how i can stop this?

I noticed it yesterday too with email and browser loading. Eventually it popped up a message saying it was doing it but gave me an option to stop it from happening. No idea how to make it stop otherwise though.
