So my phone bill is due today. I pay $25. So I went and payed it at a local retail store and it went through fine. I check my Virgin Mobile account online and says my balance is $25 cause I just payed that, but it hasn't been charged yet. Right now, my account says I still have 92 minutes left from the month of August. But my phone bill is due today. Why haven't the remaining minutes from August gone and why hasn't my new payment for September begun? It should say I have 300 minutes left but it still says I have 92. Please help. Thanks.
