Help Something wrong with the battery ?

My phone has recently started acting weired for the last few days.

After charging the phone to 100% its says it will last 47 hours but it only lasts for 10 hours.
At bed time when i turn it to airplane mode and not use it all night, in the morning i find theres only 3% battery left. When i charge it, it now takes 5 hours to even reach 58%.

I cant understand what is wrong with it. I even used battery doctor and antivirus to check if theres something going on and uninstalled all apps in case something is eating away the battery.

How old is the phone? What phone is it? Have you had any other odd behaviour? If you look at your phone's battery stats what does it say is using the power?

Try some ways:
- Check which apps are draining your battery
- Uninstall apps
- Never manually close apps
- Remove unnecessary widgets from the home screen
- Turn on Airplane Mode in low-signal areas
- Go Airplane Mode at bedtime
- Turn off notifications
- Don’t let apps wake your screen
- Turn off GPS when not in use
- Check app location tracking
- Enable Battery Saver Mode
- Decrease screen timeout
- Charge between 40% and 80%
- Get a certified or original charger
- Restart your phone
- Try a factory reset
If you try all but the battery keeps draining abnormally, absolutely you should replace your battery.
