Something's eating my battery

Ugh. I have downloaded a bunch of apps, so now I don't know which one it is. I used to get 15 hrs with just shy of 4 hrs screen time. Now I'm getting 8 hrs with 3 hrs of screen time. Just ugh

Go to the battery page in settings and see if there's anything sticking out.

Also, there's been a Google services bug lately that's causing a wake lock and killing batteries. Turning off location services seems to solve it

Location has been off the whole time. Everything looks right on the battery screen. Screen, phone calls, forums, turns our mediaserver is my audio book, and a game. Nothing keeping it awake when it shouldn't

Turn your phone off and back on. I had something eating mine today. This stopped it quick because I couldn't see the issue.

hey, what I personally like to do is go into Settings, Data Usage, and scroll down past the data graph.. there it will tell you what app is using how much data, but select an app, and scroll all the way to the bottom, there you will see an option to Restriction Background Data.. I restricted all the Google ones, except Play.

there might be a chance that the one with the most data being used might be the one draining your battery.

so i hope this helps for you in some way.

there also seems to be another "fix", here is the link..
