Help Sonic doesn't recognise Contacts

Hi All,

Firstly let me apologise if this is a silly question. I am new to Android telephones and only purchased one to replace my drowned old Nokia.
I have been filling my Contacts section and have been able to add picture icons which show up when making outgoing calls. However when I call the Sonic from my fixed line phone (which is included in the Contacts section) I get an "Unknown" indication and no copy of the loaded picture just the droid icon.
Am I doing something wrong?

Try from another mobile phone. Your landline may be set to Private as default.
