sony xperia arc s not switching on

[Android Question]

I have a sony xperia arc s lt-18i and its not switching on it shows Sony then Xperia and then goes on to restart and again shows sony and xperia again and agian what should i do?

Have you tried pulling the battery out for 10 seconds and starting over?
